摘　　要：为完善“异型柱框架轻型节能住宅建筑”，使其达到建筑节能第二阶段要求，立项对其进行了研究，开发实施了“第四代异型柱框架轻型高效节能建筑”工程。介绍了该“试点住宅”的选材、热工薄弱环节的处理，并进行了经济分析。For perfecting 'shaped column framework light energy-saving residential building', making it reach the requirement of energy-saving of building at the second stage, a project has been approved to carry out the study and to develop the engineering of “The Forth Generation of Shaped Column Framework Light Type High Efficiency Energy-Saving Building”.This paper introduces the selection of materials, disposal of heat energy weak link and economic analysis for the experimental unit residential building.
