云南省各州市烤烟外观质量差异分析

摘　　要：对2007年收集的云南省434份烤烟进行了外观质量评价,同时对不同州市烤烟定量评价结果进行了方差分析和聚类分析.结果表明:大多数样品外观质量较好,外观总分、颜色、成熟度、叶片结构、身份、油分和色度在12个州市间的变异都达到1%的极显著水平;根据外观总分进行聚类,临沧、大理、楚雄、曲靖、普洱、昆明、玉溪和昭通为1类,质量相对一般;文山、丽江、保山和红河为第2类,质量相对较好.The appearance quality of 434 flue-cured tobacco samples collected from Yunnan province in 2007 was evaluated by the method of variance analysis and cluster analysis. The results were as follows： The appearance quality of the most samples were better and the variation of all the indexes. Total appearance, color, maturity, leaf structure, body, oil and color intensity were highly significant at 0.01 level between different arears. According to t he cluster analysis, all the samples could be divided into 2 grades, the samples from Wenshan, Lijiang, Baoshan and Honghe had better quality than the ones did from Chuxiong, Qujing, Puer, Kunming, Yuxi, Zhaotong, Lincang and Dali.
