摘　　要：对西安市供水现状及严峻的水危机态势、水荒有所缓解及潜在的水危机进行了论述，提出南水北调是解决西安市水资源短缺的战略途径．The present watering situation, severe water shortage and latent crisis of water are discussed and that sending water from the south to the north is the strategic way of solving water resource shortage of Xi’an city is put forward.
