摘　　要：工序是产品、零部件制造过程的基本环节,也是生产组织过程的基本单位。机体、曲轴是柴油机构造中的主重要件,此次研究对象是机体、曲轴加工生产线,通过对加工生产线重点工序的过程控制,保证了产品的加工质量。Process is known as the basis steps in the manufacturing of products, parts and components and production management. For cylinder blocks and crankshafts are the important components in diesel engines, the paper emphasizes on the researches of the production line of cylinder blocks and crankshaft. The key processing in the production line is controlled critically to guarantee the machining quality.
