摘　　要：在总结世界森林火灾形势的基础上,探讨了气候变暖与林火频发之间的密切关系;基于全球变暖趋势的分析,提出了深化林火发生机理研究、大力开展森林防火技术培训、加强森林火险预测预报、注重扑火安全和加强国际合作等气候变化下的森林火灾防控策略,对于指导人类应对气候变化和防控森林火灾具有非常重要的意义。Based on summarizing global forest fires position,the close relationship between warm climate and frequent forest fire was discussed;based on analyzing global warming trend,the control strategies for forest fires under the climatic change was proposed,such as intensive studying on the mechanism of forest fire occurrence,vigorous developing technical training of preventing forest fire,strengthening the forecasting of forest fires,paying attention to safety of extinguishing fire and enhancing international cooperation of forest fire control.It is significant in order to guide human beings to dispose the warm climate, to prevent and control forest fires.
