摘　　要：From September 2006 to January 2007, 2 patients with end-staged heart and lung disease （congenital disease,Eisenmenger＇s syndrome, severe pulmonary artery hypertension and heart failure） underwent heart and lung transplantation （HLT） at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China.From September 2006 to January 2007, 2 patients with end-staged heart and lung disease （congenital disease,Eisenmenger＇s syndrome, severe pulmonary artery hypertension and heart failure） underwent heart and lung transplantation （HLT） at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China.
