静止型无功补偿装置(SVC)在热轧带钢厂的应用

摘　　要：首钢2160热轧带钢厂供电系统所带负荷既有交-交变频,也有交-直-交变频,还有直流传动,设备运行中将产生很大的无功冲击和谐波,需增设静止型无功补偿装置(SVC),本文针对生产工艺要求及设备的运行状态,计算了设备运行中的无功功率及无功补偿装置的容量,进行了谐波电流分析及滤波器的设计,介绍了静止型无功补偿装置的主要设备及技术特点,并给出了实际运行效果.There are both AC -AC converter and AC-DC-AC converter, as well as DC drive in Shougang 2160 hotrolling mill power supply system load, it will have a significant impact of reactive power and harmonic when equipment running, so it need add Static Vat Compensator （SVC）. In this paper, for the production technology requirements and equipment operation, the reactive power of equipment in the operation and reactive power compensation device capacity are calculated. The harmonic current is analysed , and the filter is designed , the major equipment and technical features of Static Var Compensator （SVC） are introduced, and the practical running result is given.
