摘　　要：儿童中心气道疾病包括先天性及获得性的多种疾病,其病种繁杂,是影像学研究热点之一,MSCT特别是三维重建技术在这类疾病诊断中发挥了越来越重要的作用。本文主要介绍多种儿童先天性及获得性中心气道疾病的临床及CT诊断,并评价MSCT气道重建技术的应用价值。Central tracheobronchial diseases in children include many kinds of congenital and acquired diseases, the research of their imaging diagnosis is very hot. MSCT especially the three - dimensional reconstruction technique plays a more and more important role in the diagnosis of these diseases. In this article, the clinic and MSCT diagnosis of many kind of congenital and acquired central tracheobronchial diseases in children are described and the value of three - dimensional reconstruction technique of the airway is estimated.
