摘　　要：目的:探讨某驻海岛部队尿石症发病和年龄、驻训时间、膳食状况等因素的关系。方法:采用整体分层随机抽样方法对驻岛部队1 880名及内陆部队1 842名男性官兵进行泌尿系B超检查,血相关生化指标检测,同时按年龄、驻岛时间、膳食状况等进行问卷调查。结果:驻岛部队尿石症总发病率为7.82%,随驻岛时间增加,尿石症患病率呈上升趋势,摄入动物肉类蛋白多者尿石症有所增多;膳食中以粮食蔬菜为主者尿石症有所减少。结论:泌尿系结石的预防重点人群为摄入高蛋白。Objective： To study the prevalence of urinary calculi in the southeast island forces and its risk factors. Methods： 1 880 male soldiers serving in a southeast island and 1 842 in inland were surveyed in 2008, The ultrasound examination and blood biochemistry detection were performed. The items in the questionnaire included service time, age, diet, etc. Results： The total incidence of urinary calculus was 7.82% in island. The incidence rate of urinary calculus increased with the service time, higher intake of protein, and lower ingestion of fiber. Conclusion： The morbidity of urinary calculus in island may be related with the service time, higher intake of protein and lower ingestion of fiber.
