摘  要:通过正交试验研究了回收聚丙烯(PP)的注塑成型工艺,并以经马来酸酐改性的乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)和改性POE+纳米CaCO3作为增韧剂对PP改性,研究了增韧剂加入量对回收PP的微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:影响回收PP力学性能程度由大到小的工艺参数顺序为注塑温度、注塑压力、保压压力和保压时间,最佳工艺参数为注塑温度220℃,注塑压力70 MPa,保压压力55 MPa,保压时间40 s;两种增韧剂对回收PP均具有较好的增韧效果,最佳加入量均为25%;用改性POE+纳米CaCO3作为增韧剂的效果优于只使用改性POE作为增韧剂的改性效果。The injection molding processing of recycled polypropylene (PP) was studied by orthogonal experiment. Recycled PP was injected with ethylene-octene copolymer (POE) modified by maleic anhydride and modified POE/nano-CaCO3 as toughening agent. The influences of toughness agents on the microstructure and mechanical properties were tested. The results show that the influencing factors of the mechanical properties could be ranked in an order from the greatest to the smallest such as injection temperature, injection pressure, holding pressure, holding time. The best injection molding parameters were as fallows., injection temperature 220℃, injection pressure 70 MPa, holding pressure 55 MPa, holding time 40 s. It was found that the tougheness had been greatly improved by using modified POE and modified POE/nano-CaCO3 as toughening agents, and the best addition quantities were both 25%. The samples with modified POE/nano-CaCO3 had better toughness.
