微创吸刮术结合肿胀麻醉治疗腋臭700例

摘　　要：目的观察做创吸刮术结合肿胀麻醉治疗腋臭的疗效，探讨该手术方法的应用价值。方法将700例患者按照症状及体征分为轻、中、重度腋臭。术前记录腋毛生长情况，术中将吸刮物过滤后测量其容积，并送病理检查，以确定刮出组织的性质；术后评定疗效。结果术后随访所有例患者6～12个月。在13例曾接受激光治疗的患者中，经1次手术治愈者8例，经2次手术治愈者4例，曾接受过多次激光治疗的1例患者手术后无明显改善；治愈率为61．5％，有效率为92．3％。在首次接受治疗的687例患者中，经1次手术治愈者676例，经1次手术仍有少许残留臭味但不影响工作和生活者9例，经2次手术治愈者2例；治愈率为98．4％，有效率为100％。未出现皮肤坏死及皮下淤血等严重并发症。结论微创吸刮术结合肿胀麻醉治疗腋臭的方法其疗效肯定，并发症较少，且易于掌握，值得临床上推广应用。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of osmidrosis using minimal invasive suction curetrage with tumescent anesthesia in 700 cases. Methods Seven hundred patients with axillary osmidrosis were classified into different groups due to their physical signs and symptoms, and all patients were treated by using suction curettage under tumescent anesthesia. All tissues that sucked out were weighed and sent for biopsy test. Results All cases were followed up for 6 - 12 months. Among the 13 patients who had undergone laser therapy, 8 cases were cured after single operation, 4 cases were cured after two times operations, 1 case who had undergone several times laser therapy had not obviously changed; The cure rate was 61.5% , the effective rate was 92.3%. Among the 687 patients who were treated at the first time, 676 cases were cured, 9 cases remained a little foul smell with not much effect on their lifes and works and the patients feh satisfied; 2 cases were cured by the second operation after six months; The cure rate was 98.4% , effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Using suction curettage with tumescent anesthesia in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis is a safe and effective method with few complications, it is worth spreading in clinic.
