摘　　要：目的探讨带血管蒂股薄肌瓣联合游离植皮在修复会阴、阴囊感染性创面的临床效果。方法首先行创面抗感染治疗，感染控制后，设计带血管蒂股薄肌瓣转移修复创面，肌瓣表面游离植皮。自2002年5月至2009年2月，对6例患者行会阴、阴囊的创面修复。结果股薄肌瓣和游离皮片全部成活。术后随访6例患者6个月，创面愈合良好，缺损凹陷处填充饱满且不显臃肿。结论带血管蒂股薄肌瓣修复感染创面抗感染能力强、血运好、易成活，且手术操作简便，是一种修复会阴部感染性创面较好的手术方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gracilis pediele myoeutaneous flap transplantation combined with free skin flap grafting on repairing the infectious wound in perineal region. Methods After the anti- infective treatment, the gracilis pedicle myocutaneous flap was desigued to repair the wnunds, and then the free skin grafting was performed. From May 2005 to Feb 2009, 6 patients were performed the operation. Results The pedicle myocutaneous flap and free skin grafting flap were all survival. After 6 months following up, all patients were satisfied with well healing and the appearance of filled tissue. Conclusion It is a simple operation for the patients with infectious wound in perineal region by using gracilis pedicle myoeutaneous flap combined with free skin flap graft. Satisfactory results can be obtained with strong anti-infection ability and good blood supply.
