摘　　要：目的:探讨实时三维超声心动图定量评价冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者左心室心肌面积及质量指数逆转的价值。方法:经选择性冠状动脉造影证实为3支冠状动脉病变的冠心病患者20例,应用实时三维超声心动图于术前3d及术后1个月测量左心室舒张末期容积、左心室舒张末期面积及质量指数,并进行比较。结果:术后左心室舒张末期容积、左心室舒张末期面积及质量指数较术前减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠状动脉旁路移植术能够逆转冠心病患者左心室面积及质量重构。实时三维超声心动图可对其予以定量评价。Objective To investigate the reverse of the left ventricular area and left ventricular mass indexes by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods Left ventricular end-diastolic volume,left ventricular area index,and left ventricular mass index were measured by real time three-dimensional echocardiography in 20 patients with coronary artery disease before and 1 month after coronary artery bypass grafting.Results Compared with preoperative period,the left ventricular end-diastolic volume,left ventricular area index and left ventricular mass index decreased significantly after coronary artery bypass grafting（P0.05）.Conclusion The remodeling of left ventricular area and mass indexes are reversed in patients with coronary artery disease after coronary artery bypass grafting,which can be quantitatively evaluated by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography.
