摘 要:目的:观察单价汉坦病毒灭活疫苗交叉免疫的中和抗体应答。方法:直接免疫酶斑减少中和试验、间接免疫荧光法。结果:在家兔进行单价汉坦病毒沙鼠肾细胞灭活疫苗二针基础免疫后1个月,再予另一型单价疫苗加强免疫,诱导较好的两型中和抗体应答,达到双价苗二针免疫效果;与初次免疫疫苗同型的中和抗体滴度亦显著提高。结论:汉坦病毒灭活疫苗存在交叉体液免疫反应;提示在已接受单价疫苗免疫的人群中进行交叉加强免疫,可能是有效、可靠、经济的免疫策略。Rabbits were inoculated with two doses of monovalent inactivated hantavirus vaccines in primary immunization. One month later, they were immunized secondarily with one dose of another type vaccine. The cross-immunization could induce good neutralizing antibody(NA) responses to both Hantaan and Seoul viruses. It was similar to two doses of bivalent vaccine immunization in immune effects. The same type NA titres as the vaccine in primary immunization were boosted significantly after the cross-immunization. The result demonstrate that monovalent hantavirus inactivated vaccine induce cross-NA response. The cross-immunization may be a effective, reliable and economical immunizing strategy in people inoculated with monovalent vaccine.
