摘 要:目的从基因角度探讨磷酸镁骨粘合剂(MPC)的遗传毒理学特性,为MPC的临床应用进一步提供生物安全性依据。方法将磷酸镁骨粘合剂制备浸提液,采用Ames致突试验,以生理盐水为阴性对照,测试其对各种鼠伤寒沙门菌(TA100、TA102、TA97和TA98)的致突变比值(MR)。MR=实验组回变菌落数(Rt)/阴性对照组回变菌落数(Rc)。结果阳性对照组各菌株回变菌落平均数均超过相应阴性对照组回变菌落平均数的2倍以上(MR>2),表明此浸提液各剂量组对鼠伤寒沙门菌的致突变比值MR均小2。结论MPC不会引起鼠伤寒沙门菌的回复突变数增加,提示其不会引起基因突变。Objective To study the inherited toxicology of magnesium phosphate eement(MPC) from the aspects of DNA in order to study the biological safety of the MPC for clinical use in the future. Methods The diffusion of magnesium phosphate cement and different kind of murine typhoid salmonella ( TA100,TA102,TA97 and TA98 ) were compounded respectively. Then these compounds were used in the Ames test and the nature saline was used as the control group. Then the mutagenesis rates (MR) of murine typhoid salmonella were calcu- lated by the formular of MR (Mutagenesis rates)=Rt (Rates of test group)/Rc (Rates of control group). Results The mutagenesis rate of murine typhoid salmonella in the experimental groups of all dosage levers was less than 2 while the MR of the positive control groups was more than 2. Conclusion The magnesium phosphate cement will not cause the increase of the back mutation in murine typhoid salmonella,which shows that this cement will not cause gene mutation.
