摘　　要：目的探讨经鼻内镜下鼻甲外移术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析经鼻内镜下鼻甲外移术治疗的55例慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床资料。结果随访6个月,55例中显效43例(78.18%),改善12例(21.82%)。总有效率100%;术中出血量少,术后愈合快,未见并发症发生。结论经鼻内镜下鼻甲外移术是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的有效手段。Objective To explore the inferior turbinate anaplasty under endoscope for treatment for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods The clinical data of 55 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis who were performed with inferior turbinate under endoscope for treatment wear analyzed retrospectively. Results 55 patients were followed-up for 6 months ,43 （ 78. 18% ） cases were excellent, 12 （ 21.82% ） cases were improved, and total effective rate was 100%. The volume of blood loss during operation was less, and operative incision healed in a short time, with no complications. Conclusion It is a good way that inferior turbinate anaplasty under endoscope for treatment for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.
