本院2006～2008年抗过敏滴眼液的使用分析

摘　　要：目的评价我院抗过敏滴眼液的使用情况,提供合理应用信息。方法用DDDs分析法对2006～2008年我院抗过敏滴眼液的使用情况进行统计和分析。结果3年来我院抗过敏滴眼液在用药金额、用药频度和销售量方面都呈上升趋势。按DDDs排序前三位为依美斯汀滴眼液、色甘酸钠滴眼液、吡嘧司特钾滴眼液;按销售金额排序为依美斯汀滴眼液、奥洛他定滴眼液、吡嘧司特钾滴眼液。结论我院抗过敏滴眼液使用合理,以H1受体阻断剂和肥大细胞膜稳定剂滴眼液为主,在过敏性眼表病中起重要作用。Objective To evaluate the utilization of Anti-anaphylaxis eye drops so as to provide references for the rational use of drugs in the clinic. Methods The use of Anti-anaphylaxis eye drops in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 were statistically analyzed by means of DDDs analytical method. Results The sales sum, sales frequency and sales volume of Anti-anaphylaxis eye drops in our hospital during 3 years increasingly enhanced. The Top 3 in respect of DDDs were Emedastine Difumarate , Cromoglicate Sodium and Pemirolast potassium eye drops. The Top 3 in respect of sales sum were Emedastine Difumarate, Olopatadine and Pemirolast potassium eye drops. Conclusion The use of Anti-anaphylaxis eye drops in our hospital was rational. The hista mine receptor blockers and mast cell memhrance stabilizer were the major choice in treatment for allergia ophthahnopathy.
