中药电熨疗法预防脑卒中后便秘

摘　　要：目的观察中药电熨疗法对脑卒中后便秘的预防作用。方法将64例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=34)。对照组接受常规治疗护理,观察组在此基础上采用中药电熨疗法,连续治疗14d。结果观察组首次排便时间显著缩短、便秘发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论中药电熨疗法有较好的预防便秘作用,且患者感觉舒适,护理操作简便。Objective To observe the preventive effect of electrotherapy with Chinese herbal medicine on post-stroke constipation. Methods A total of 64 stroke patients were randomly divided into a control group （n= 30） and an observation group（n= 34）. Conventional therapy and nursing care was given to the two groups, and electrotherapy with Chinese herbal medicine was given to the observation group additionally. The treatment of two groups lasted for 14 days. Results The time of first defecation was significant- ly shortened and the rate of constipation was significantly reduced in the observation group, as compared with those of the control group （P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electrotherapy with Chinese herbal medicine plays a good role in the prevention of constipation. The patients feel comfortable during the process, and the technique is easy to perform.
