摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠妇女HCMV的感染状况。方法采用间接免疫荧光染色法检测孕妇外周血白细胞HCMV-pp65及FQ-PCR检测其孕妇血浆HCMV-DNA,以此来作为判断妊娠妇女HCMV感染的观察指标。结果100例妊娠妇女HCMV-PP65抗原血症阳性为8例,阳性率为8%,HCMV-DNA的阳性为9例,阳性率为9%。两者均阳性为6例。两种检测方法一致率为95%。一致性较好,两者之间的阳性检出率无显著性差异(χ2=0.064P>0.05)。结论应用HCMV-pp65抗原检测及HCMV-DNA的检测可以对孕妇孕娠早期HCMV活动性感染进行监测及指导治疗,对预防及降低胎儿宫内感染和优生优育都有着极其重要的意义。Objective： To estimate the infection status of HCMV in pregnant women. Methods： To detect HCMV - pp65 antigen in pregnancy peripheral blood leucocyte by indirect assay, and HCMV- DNA in serum by FQ-PCR. The test results can be utilized to judge HCMV infection in pregnant women. Results： 8 cases of 100 pregnant women were identified positive in HCMV - pp65. The positive rate of HCMV - pp65 was 8%. 9 cases were positive in HCMV - DNA, and the positive rate was 9%. 6 cases were positive in beth of HCMV - pp65 and HCMV - DNA. Two test methods were consistent well. The agrenment rate was 95%. No signifant differency were detected between the positive rate of HCMV - pp65 antigen and the positive rate of HCMV - DNA in pregnant women （χ^2 = 0. 064 P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions： The test results of HCMV - pp65 antigen and HCMV - DNA can be utilized to monitor HCMV infection in early pregnancy and guide the treatment. That will be a good help in preventing and reducing the fetus infection within the uterus and good prenatal and postnatal care.
