摘 要:目的测定各种新鲜千层塔原植物中石杉碱甲的含量。方法分检千层塔草药原料,核对馆藏标本确定原植物;野外采集上述原植物,从速粉碎与干燥;2%酒石酸提取总碱,HPLC测定石杉碱甲含量,外标法定量。结果草药千层塔来源于石杉科石杉属与马尾杉属共计23种拟蕨类原植物,其中18种含有石杉碱甲,伏帖石杉中含量最高,达0.2004%,而东北石杉等5种中未检出石杉碱甲。结论目前中国应用的千层塔原植物来源多样,且各种之间石杉碱甲含量差别较大。OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of huperzine A in fresh materials of each species from Qiancengta, Chinese herbal medicine. METHODS Herbal materials of Qiancengta were sorted in order to identify the taxonomic species by the aid of specimens in herbariums. Above species were collected in the wild forests from various provinces and were then grinded and dried as soon as possible. Total alkaloids were extracted by 2% tactic acid, and were analyzed by HPLC. The content of huperzinc A was determined by external standards. RESULTS Qiancengta consisted of 23 species from Huperzia Bern. and Phlegmariurus (Hcrter) Holub. Huperzine A was found in 18 species, especially in H. appressa (Desv.) L6ve et L6ve, whose content reached up to 0.200 4%, while the content of huperzine A was not observed in H. miyoshiana and other 4 species. CONCLUSION The variable species of Qiancengta were found in China, and the difference of their contents of huperzine A is in evidence.
