摘 要:目的考察复尔康注射液中3种主要活性成分在小鼠体内的分布及靶向性,了解不同剂型中的甘草酸铵在小鼠体内的分布行为。方法采用HPLC测定经尾静脉给药后小鼠体内血液及组织中的药物浓度。结果复尔康注射液与甘草酸铵水溶液中的甘草酸铵均在血液及肝脏中分布最高,但复尔康注射液中的甘草酸铵清除时间明显延长;蒿酮30min在肝脏分布最高,120min在肺中分布最高;维A酸在肝脏与血液中的分布,各时间点均高于其他被检脏器。结论复尔康注射液中3种活性成分根据不同的性质具有不同的靶向性,且具有明显的趋肝性和缓释特征。OBJECTIVE To study the tissue distribution and targeting function of ammonium glycyrrhizinate, artemisia ketone and tretinoin in Fuerkang injection in mice. To investigate the tissue distribution of ammonium glycyrrhizinate in different formulations in mice. METHODS The concentration in blood and tissue were determined by HPLC, and the drug distribution in mice was investigated after administration via tail vein. RESULTS Ammonium glyeyrrhizinate in Fuerkang injection and ammonium glyeyrrhizinate solution were mainly found in blood and liver. But elimination time of Fuerkang injection was significantly prolonged. The peak time of artemisia ketone was at 30 min in the liver, and at 120 min in the lung. The concentrations of tretinoin in the liver and blood were higher than those of other tissue. CONCLUSION The three active constituents in Fuerkang injection have different targeting according to different properties. And it shows obvious liver-targeting and sustained release characteristics.
