摘 要:测定了3株内生真菌分泌物对金钗石斛SOD、POD和PAL活性的影响。结果表明,随菌株37分泌物浓度的增加,金钗石斛SOD活性呈先减小后增加趋势,POD和PAL活性逐渐增加;随菌株117分泌物浓度的增加,金钗石斛SOD活性呈先增加后减少趋势,POD和PAL活性呈先下降后上升趋势;随着菌株120分泌物浓度的增加,金钗石斛SOD和PAL活性逐渐增强,POD活性先降低后升高。The effects of secretion from 3 strains of endophytic fungi on activities of SOD, POD and PAL of Dendrobium nobile Rolfe were detected. The results showed that with the increase of secretion concn, of strain 37, the SOD activity of D. nobile showed firstly decreasing and then increasing trend, and activities of POD and PAL were increased gradually. With the increase of secretion concn, of strain 117, the SOD activity of D. nobile showed firstly increasing and then decreasing trend, and activities of POD and PAL showed firstly decreasing and then increasing trend. With the increase of secretion concn, of strain 120, the activities of SOD and PAL of D. nobile were increased gradually, and POD activity firstly decreased and then increased.
