摘 要:[目的]推动铁屑在治理有机物污染土壤中的实际应用。[方法]利用机械厂废弃铁屑在常温常压下对土壤中的4硝-基苯胺(p-NA)进行还原,并对影响还原反应的各种因素进行研究。[结果]废铁屑可将土壤中的p-NA还原成苯二胺,提高了其生物降解性。在土壤中p-NA的初始浓度为1.3×10-5mol/g、铁屑加入量67 mg/g、加水量0.33 m l/g、土壤初始pH值为6.45条件下,经过4 h反应后,p-NA的还原率可达100%。铁屑的前处理方式对p-NA还原率影响的大小顺序为:酸洗>水洗>碱洗;在一定范围内,增加铁屑用量和土壤含水量能有效提高p-NA的还原率;土壤酸度、有机质含量和反应温度对p-NA还原效率的影响较小。[结论]废铁屑可将土壤中的p-NA还原成苯二胺,提高了其生物可降解性,为铁屑治理有机物污染土壤提供了科学借鉴。[ Objective ] The practical application of the scrap iron in the treatment of organic pollution of soil was promoted. [ Method ] Under normal temperature and pressure,the scrap iron from the mechanical plant was used to do the reduction of 4-nitroaniline(p-NA) in soil and the various factors impacting the reduction reaction was studied. [ Results] The p-NA in soil could be reduced into phenylene diamine with scrap iron and its biodegradability was improved. The reduction rates of p-NA was up to 100% while the reaction was conducted for 4 hours under the condition of the initial concentration of p-NA, 1.3 ×10^-3mol/g; the amount of scrap iron added,67 ms/g; the amount of water-adding,0.33 ml/g and the initial pH value in soil,6.45. The order of the pre-treatment of scrap iron affecting the reduction of p-NA was:acid washing 〉 water washing 〉 alkali washing. Within a certain range,the amount-increasing of scrap iron and moisture in soil could improve the reduction rate of p-NA; and the soil acidity, organic matter content and reaction temperature was with less efficiency on the reduction rate of p-NA. [ Conclusion] The p-NA in soil could be reduced onto phenylene diamine with scrap iron and its biodegradability was improved. The scientific reference for the treatment of iron contaminated soil of organic matter was provided.
