摘　　要：利用功效系数法对新疆天山北坡经济带社会经济发展现状进行了综合评价,结果表明:天山北坡经济带8市3县社会经济发展水平呈明显的空间梯度性分布。结合分析结果,探讨了功效系数法在社会经济发展综合评价中的应用。The status of socio-economic development of economic belt on North Slope of Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang was evaluated comprehensively by adopting Function Coefficient Method. The results indicated that soeio-eeonomic development levels of three counties and eight cities within the economic belt showed an obvious spatial gradient. The application of Function Coefficient Method in evaluating the soeio-economic development was discussed based on the results.
