摘  要:[目的]研究节瓜枯萎病生防菌对常用杀虫剂的适应性,为配制拮抗细菌和杀虫剂的最佳复合制剂、提高节瓜枯萎病的防治效果提供理论依据。[方法]将3株节瓜枯萎病生防细菌Bio-A1、Bio-B22和Bio-D10的发酵液分别与杀虫剂福气多、乐斯本、绿色金通混合,测定其混合液对节瓜枯萎病病菌孢子萌发的抑制作用;将3株节瓜枯萎病生防细菌Bio-A1、Bio-B22和Bio-D10与接种在含有杀虫剂福气多、乐斯本、绿色金通的培养液中发酵,测定杀虫剂对拮抗菌生长繁殖及其菌落形态的影响。[结果]拮抗菌Bio-A1、Bio-B22和Bio-D10对这3种杀剂均能很好地适应,福气多还可显著提高拮抗菌Bio-B22和Bio-D10的抑菌活性;福气多、绿色金通和乐斯本对3种拮抗细菌Bio-A1、Bio-B22和Bio-D10的菌落形态没有影响,福气多对拮抗菌Bio-D10的繁殖没有影响;这3种药剂能显著地减少拮抗细菌Bio-A1和Bio-B22的繁殖数量。[结论]生防菌发酵液与杀虫剂混合后,不会影响其抑菌活性,完全可以混合使用。[ Objective ] The theoretical basis of the optimal preparation of antagonistic bacteria and pesticides,and the improvement of the controlling effect of the fusarium wilt( Fusarium oxysporum Schl. f. sp. berdncasa) of Benincasa hispida Coga. var. ehich-qua H. was provided through the adaptability of the Bio-control bacteria controlling the fusarium wilt of Benincasa hispida Coga. var. chich-qua H. to the pesticide. [ Method ] The inhibitory role of the mixture of 3 Bio-control baeteria:Bio-Al, Bio-B22 and Bio-D10,and the insecticide :thiazole phosphate, chlorpyrifos and phoximed, respectively, to the spore germination of the fusarium wilt of Benincasa hispida Coga. var. chich-qua H. was determined; and also, the effect of the insecticide on the growth and reproduction and colony morphology of the Bio-eontrol bacteria controlling the fusarium wilt of Benincasa hispida Coga. var. chich-qua H. was analyzed after the 3 Bio-control bacteria:Bio-Al ,Bio-B22 and Bio-D10 were inoculated/cultured in the fer- mentation solution containing thiazole phospbate,chlorpyrifos and phoximed. [ Results] The results showed that the Bio-control bacteria Bio-Al, Bio-B22 and the Bio-DlO were with the good adaptability in the insecticides. The antibacterial activity of thiazole phosphate could significantly improve the activity of Bio-B22 and the Bio-D10. Three insecticides did not show the effect on the colony morphology of three Bio-control bacteria. The thiazole phosphate did not affect the reproduction of Bio-DlO. However,Three insecticides could significantly reduce the reproductive number of Bio-Al and Bio-B22. [ Conclusion] The efficiency of the Bio-control bacteria mixed with the insecticides was not reduced.
