创业投资机制推动下的企业技术创新模式变革

摘　　要：创业投资不仅是一项新技术的融资工具,还是技术创新的一种重要的协调、组织机制,是技术创新模式转变的重要推动力量之一,正在促使开放式创新成为当今世界新兴产业的主流创新模式。美日两国的有关经验表明,创业投资是否发挥了应有作用,与该国产业技术创新模式密切相关,因而也与新兴产业的竞争优势和发展状况高度相关。当前我国在诸多产业内企业正处于技术创新模式转变的关键时期,应主动去学习和利用创业投资机制;同时,技术创新模式转变也为中国创业投资开创了新的运作空间。Innovation investment is not only a financial tool of new technology, but also an important coordinating and organizing mechanism for technology innovation. In fact, it is one of the most important driving forces for technology innovation model reform, which is on the way promoting the open innovation to a mainstream innovation model of the contemporary new enterprises. The experience from America and Japan shows that whether innovation investment plays its due role is essentially related to the technology innovation model in the country＇s enterprises; it is therefore highly correlative with the competitive superiority and development condition of new enterprises. Presently, the business in many of the enterprises is at the crucial moment of technology innovation model reform. Therefore, these enterprises should actively learn and use the investment mechanism. Meanwhile, the model transformation of technology innovation model also provides new operation space for China＇s innovation investment.
