摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,林产品加工业价值链的升级遇到了各种各样的新问题。以价值链理论为基础,着重探讨该时期国外林产品加工业价值链升级研究提出的新措施、新概念或理念以及新问题,并探讨其对我国林产品加工业价值链升级的几点启示。Since entering the 21st century, the upgrading of value chains of forest products processing industries has been confronted with a variety of new problems. This paper, based on value chain theory, focused on discussing the new approaches, concepts or ideas and new issues in value chain upgrading in overseas forest products industries and discussing the impact on value chain upgrading in Chinese forest products processing industry.
