剩余污泥制备吸附材料的条件探讨

摘　　要：以城市污水处理厂的剩余污泥为原料,比较不同活化剂制备的吸附材料吸附效果,选择活化剂及其制备工艺条件。结果表明:活化剂为ZnC l2的吸附材料吸附效果较好,其制备条件为:控制活化温度在550℃,活化时间0.5 h,活化剂浓度3 mol/L,固液比1∶2。By using municipal wastewater sludge as raw material, the more effective activator and its absorption material preparation conditions were chosen through comparing the different absorption efficiency between absorption materials by various activators. The result showed that the absorption material using ZnCl2 as an activator, has a better remove efficiency. The preparation conditions should be controlled as the activation temperature is 550℃, the activation time is 0. 5 hour, the concentration of activator is 3 mol/L, the solid - to - liquid ratio is 1 ： 2.
