摘　　要：介绍了用枢轴量法计算正态分布总体累积分布函数置信区间的原理和方法,并利用该方法求取了直流磁耦合固态继电器输入端的电磁脉冲损伤函数,为开展相关电子系统易损性分析打下基础。The principle of using pivotal quantity to estimate confidence interval for the cumulative distribution function at a specific value when the distribution is assumed to be normal is introduced. The damage function of input port of DC solide state relay is calculated by this method. This method can be used for vulnerability assessment.
