摘　　要：半导体放电管是一种瞬态过压保护器件,广泛应用于通讯、铁路等行业。为了提高半导体放电管注胶工艺的自动化水平,给出了一种半导体放电管定量自动注胶装置的设计。该装置能够按需调节供胶量,供胶过程中能够自动去除绝缘胶中所混有的气泡,并具有注胶装置自动清洗的特点。该装置的设计解决了半导体放电管涂胶工艺中的关键性技术难题,实现了不同规格放电管的定量自动注胶。As a transient over-voltage protection devices, Semiconductor discharge are widely used in telecommunications, railways and other industries. In order to prompt the packaging level of semiconductor surge arrester, in this paper, an automatic injection equipment for semiconductor surge arrester packaging is presented. This device has three main features： the device can adjust the amount of glue on demand; in the injection process, it can remove the bubbles mixed in the plastic insulation adhesive automatically and the devices have the self-cleaning function. The design solved the key technical problems in the semiconductor discharge coating process, and achieved injecting different specifications on a same equipment.
