摘  要:简述了城市生活垃圾收运工作所面临的严峻现状及收运系统的相关影响因素,对城市生活垃圾收运系统中的两个主要优化层面,即收运线路的优化和转运站(处置场)规模、容量、选址的优化,分别从国外和国内两个角度进行详述,总结垃圾收运系统优化的研究成果,进而提出了目前城市生活垃圾收运系统优化中需要进一步研究和改进的地方。This paper is aimed to give a comprehensive survey over the actualities and factors involving the improvement and reform of the municipal solid waste (MSW) collection and transportation system at home and abroad, and summarized the developing process of the corresponding optimization models for MSW collection and transportation. As is seen, with the fast urbanization and modernization trend of our country, municipal solid waste (MSW) has become a big threat for the society and the ecosystem in China. It is reported that MSW is increasing at a rate of about 8% to 10% per year. It has not only become an essential part between a source of management systems and garbage disposal system, but also a significant proportion in the cost of solid waste treatment. Therefore, optimization and perfection of MSW collection and transportation becomes urgent to call for high synergetic cooperation system in managing and treating the urban garbage. Especially, it involves two aspects of optimization for vehicle routing and optimization for the capacity and selecting location of transferring stations (disposal sites). Although a lot of best feasible methods were proposed and experimented in the actual cases of MSW collection and transportation, there are still a lot of inadequacies of the current model. In the paper, based on the deep analysis of all available models and mathematic methods, we have analyzed all the existing problems and compared all the available treating methods. And finally, I hope this article is useful for its pointing out of the new developing trends for municipal solid waste managers.
