摘  要:基于环境保护及硅微粉经提纯后投入实际应用的考虑,对现有纯化硅微粉的方法、细粒分选的理论及技术进行了分析与评价,指出改进酸法纯化硅微粉技术现状的必要性。在参阅、分析并总结大量文献的基础上,综合考虑硅微粉本身的物理、化学性质,综述了絮凝、浮选法纯化硅微粉的基本理论、浮选药剂(捕收剂、起泡剂和调整剂)及方法,阐述了物理作用(高剪切力、外加电场、磁化、超声波等)应用于浮选调浆的重要性。提出了絮凝、浮选法纯化硅微粉应用于实际生产应该注意的几个问题,为絮凝、浮选法纯化硅微粉提供了理论依据和技术参考。On the basis of surveying the existing purification methods of silica fume and the technologies for fine-particle mineral processing, this paper has put forward an improved method of silica fume purification with flocculation and flotation. As is known, silica fume is a sort of solid waste left over in ferrosihcon plants. Its main composition is SiO2. With the enlargement of its application sphere and the heightening of people' s environmental awareness, cry for silica fume purification gains more and more public support. In addition, for the purpose of using'natural resource and energy more efficiently, it makes it necessary to promote the recovery and recycle of the waste silica fume as well as reduce the impact of industrial pollution. However, there exists huge potential pollution and environmental consequences in the practical application of the existing purification technology, such as the use of acid, which makes it essential and necessary to establish rational and practicable method to purify silica fume. It is just for this need that the present paper gives a comprehensive review of various theories and technologies about flocculation and flotation concerning the said method. Based on the study of the physicochemical characteristics of silica fume, this paper provides a summary of the basic theory on flotation reagents ( collector, frother and regulator) and methods concerning floceulation-flotation for silica fume purification. It has also focused on the physical functions (such as high shearing force, outward-exerted electric field, magnetization, ultrasonic wave, etc. ) which are used as a pre-treatment or treatment strategy in flotation to purify silica fume. On the basis of these detailed analyses, an innovated method of floceulation-flotation has been proposed. Its discussion has also been made on the way of how to bring the method into practice. Therefore, it can be concluded that all the concepts, theories, descriptions and methodologies here described may contribute to enhancing the
