摘 要:以国际先进的恶臭测定方法动态嗅觉仪法为基础,提出了完整的臭气污染评估流程。以某炼油厂为研究对象,对厂内恶臭污染源进行调查,确定主要污染源,进一步在筛选的装置区内布点,对点源和面源分别使用采样桶和风洞采样器进行采样,应用动态嗅觉仪法测定恶臭浓度,确定污染源源强,并选择了模拟软件预测污染范围。研究表明,动态嗅觉仪法是一种可以应用到炼化企业恶臭评估治理中的便捷可行的恶臭监测评估方法。This paper is to introduce the results of our study of application of advanced odor determination method-dynamic olfactometer method to the odor pollution evaluation. Based on our new technology, the whole process of pollution evaluation has been established. As we know, enormous amount of odor pollution has been existing in the oil refining industry, which causes a lot of pollution. To solve the problem of such pollution, it is of great need to make Sure the key pollution sources and the pollution areas. For this purpose, we have chosen an oil refinery as our case study sample, with Which a series of research work has been carried out to define the pollution conditions. The whole research process can be illustrated as follows: first of all, we have made a general survey with all odor pollution sources in the case oil refinery to make sure where the main pollution sources are. Next, odor has been sampled by using dyna-drum in the point sources and the wind tunnel sampler in the area sources. Next, odor concentrations of the samples we have obtained were determined by the dynamic olfactometer in two days in the odor laboratory, which is a special room equipped with highly critical regulations for temperature, humidity and air cleanliness control. And, then, we could determine the source intensions from the odor concentrations we got and some parameters including area and wind velocity. We can get the data of the above parameters by measurement easy. Further, a precise simulation software was taken to forecast the pollution area. Till then, we could obtain all the data to guide the treatment of odor pollution and the solution of environment dispute. The results show that the dynamic olfactometer method is a convenient and feasible method, which can be used in odor evaluation and control process.
