摘　　要：简要说明TB/T 3199.1—2008《电气化铁路接触网用绝缘子第1部分:棒形瓷绝缘子》和TB/T3199.2—2008《电气化铁路接触网用绝缘子第2部分:棒形复合绝缘子》的制定背景。从绝缘配合的角度说明绝缘子主要电气性能指标的选取;结合工程应用,分析绝缘子的机械性能参数和几何结构参数;强调抽样检验对保证产品质量的重要性。In this paper, the background of establishing the standard of TB/T 3199.1-2008“Insulators for over-head contact system of electrified railways Part 1： Long rod ceramic insulators” and the standard of TB/T 3199.2-2008 “Insulators for overhead contact system of electrified railways Part 2： Long rod composite insulators” is briefly explained. In view of insulation co-ordination, the authors explain the selection of the main electrical parameters of insulators, and by combining with engineering application, analyze the parameters of mechanical properties and geometric structures of the insulators. In the end, the authors emphasize the importance of sampling inspection in insuring the product quality.
