摘 要:阐述了禽类骨肉分离设备机械筛分的基本原理;对我国自主研发的两种禽类骨肉分离专利设备进行了多方面对比分析,尤其对一种最新国产大型禽类骨肉高效分离设备进行了详细的介绍,为进一步研究骨肉分离技术与设备、继续推进大型骨肉分离设备国产化提供参考,同时为不同需求用户提供设备选择依据。The basic principles of mechanical sieving equipment which could separate the skeleton from poultry were elaborated in the article, and comparative analysis about the two kinds of poultry separating patent equipment which independently made in china were made in several aspects, especially the latest large - scale Chinese - made device which could separate the poultry efficiently were detailedly introduced. It provided some references on continuing to promote large - scale Chinese - made separation of equipment and further study of which, and also provided the basis for the different needs of users choosing equipment.
