摘　　要：在西部大开发和目前建设社会主义和谐新农村的大好形势下,如何继承和发扬传统生土民居的优秀之处,克服不足,改善西北地区广大乡村居民的生活条件十分必要,通过对陕南山地传统生土民居的实地测试和分析,证明生土民居有着优良的室内物理环境,但同时也存在着很多不足,如室内光线较差、通风不畅等,这些都阻碍着乡村居民居住水平的提高。文中最后根据实测结果进行分析并给出了几点建议,希望对西北地区乡村生土民居的发展起到引导和借鉴的作用。Now following the＇s teps of exploring the west and building new and harmony countries, it is important how to overcome these shortage, inherit excellent parts of traditional earth dwellings and improve the living standard of royal people. According to the field study on earth buildings in the south mountainous area in Shaanxi, It is proved that their physical environments are favorable attaching some shortage such as low luminous intensity and poor ventilation, the some suggestions are given to hope to guide to local people.
