2001～2006年广东省疾病预防控制中心发表论文及作者分析

摘　　要：目的：对广东省疾病预防控制中心（以下简称广东省疾控中心）2001～2006年公开发表的论文及其作者进行分析，为今后制定科研管理和人才培养规划提供参考。方法：运用文献计量学和卫生统计学方法进行统计分析。结果：6年共在114种杂志上发表论文924篇，其中论著占30．7％，核心期刊比为28．6％，基金论文比为26．O％；发表论文最多的杂志是《华南预防医学》，占34．6％，论文主要专业是卫生检验，占46．9％；论文负责人年龄以30～40岁组为主，占56．8％；学历以本科为主，占48．9％；职称以高级职称为主，占45．9％。6年间，有79．2％的专业人员发表过1篇以上论文。6年合计，论文作者合作度为5．3，作者合作率为92．4％；单位合作度为1．4，单位合作率为26．2％。结论：几年来，广东省疾控中心发表论文数量和质量不断提升，科研能力逐步增强，科研水平逐步提高；取得中级以上专业技术职称，具有本科以上学历的中青年专业技术人员是中心科研队伍的骨干；今后应加强中心学术带头人队伍的培养，加强国内国外科研合作。Objectives： To carry on an analysis on the copyright authors and papers published by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Guangdong Province （GDCDC） during 2001 and 2006, so as to put forward some suggestion for making a plan of research management and personnel training. Methods： Literature quantitative analysis and health statistics methods were used to analyse the data. Results： During 2001 and 2006, a total of 924 papers were published on 114 kinds of periodicals by GDCDC. Of the 924 papers, 30.7 percent were original articles, 28.6 percent were published on the key Chinese periodicals, 26.0 percent were resulted from a funded research programme, 34.6 percent, coming in first, were published on the South China Journal of Preventive Medicine, and 46.9 percent, ranking the first, were in the field of health laboratory technology. Of the 924 copyright authors, 56.8% were aged 30~40 years old, 48.9 percent had a bachelor degree, and 45.9 percent had a senior professional title. During the six years, 79,2 percent of the professionals published at least one paper. The author cooperation degree was 5.3 and the author cooperation rate was 92.4 percent, the unit cooperation degree was 1.4 and the unit cooperation rate was 26.2 percent. Conclusion： In recent years, the quantity and quality of published papers written by professionals of GDCDC have improved. The professional＇ s ability to conduct scientific research has been enhanced and the research level of GDCDC has increased year by year. The middle-aged professionals who had a middle level or a senior professional title and had a bachelor or a master degree are the backbone of the scientific and technological contingents. In the future, training of leading academic team should be enforced, and more national and international cooperation on research should be developed in GDCDC.
