摘 要:目的应用业务流程再造的管理理论,重新设计接诊流程模式,从而提高批量烧伤患者收治效率和质量。方法自1997年始,采用自行设计的批量烧伤收治情况调查表对每批次患者接诊进行跟踪调查。2006年开始进行批量烧伤患者流程再造。对流程再造前后的接诊时间、专科有效抢救开展时间、患者家属满意度等进行了调查,调查结果用CHISS软件进行统计分析。结果1997-2005年与2006-2008年,接诊时间、专科有效抢救开展时间、家属及单位的满意度、平均每例患者参与救治医务人员数比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论再造的接诊流程更科学、快捷,提高了批量烧伤患者的抢救效率。Objective To explore the effects of process reengineering on the efficiency and quality of emergency care for mass burn casualties. Methods The reception procedure for mass burn casualties was redesigned by applying the management theory of Business Process Reengineering since 2006. The outcomes were evaluated by comparison of consultation hours,spe- cialized effective rescue time and family satisfaction before and after process reengineering. Results There were significant differences on the consultation hours,the specialized effective rescue time,family satisfaction and the number of medical staff for each patient before and after process reengineering (P〈0.01). Conclusion The redesigned reception procedure is proved to be scientific and rapid with high-efficiency in rescue of mass bum casualties.
