医院多专科手术室的归口管理模式

摘　　要：目的规范医院多专科手术室的管理,杜绝安全隐患。方法成立手术室护理技术协作中心,落实总护士长负责制,并制订相关护理文件和《手术室护理管理规范》,通过开展年度培训、院内进修、手术巡查和手术护理工作例会等形式,对所有分散的专科手术室在不改变其隶属关系的基础上实施护理技术归口管理。结果协作中心护士长、各专科手术室护士都能掌握手术室管理标准。专科技术训练考核中,协作中心各手术室组长、护士合格率分别达100%和87%;手术室综合质量达标率从80%提升到97%。结论对医院多专科手术室实施护理技术的归口管理,提高了护理行为的规范化、程序化、标准化,提高了各专科手术室的风险防范能力。Objective To standardize the management of multi-specialty operating rooms and prevent the hidden risk. Methods A nursing skills collaborative center for operating rooms was set up. In the center,the chief head nurse was responsible for the implementation of the system,and the nursing management standards for the operating room was formulated. All the disseminated specialized operating rooms were managed by the center through the means of periodic skill training,inservice training,operation rounds and regular meetings. Results The head nurses in the nursing skills collaborative center and all the nurses in various specialized operating room mastered the management standards for the operating room. The pass rates in the skills examination among the team leaders and nurses were 100% and 87%,respectively. The qualified rate of comprehensive quality of nursing was increased from 80% to 97%. Conclusion The multi-specialty management model for the operating rooms can promote the standardization of nursing behaviors and competency in various specialized operating rooms and enhance nursing precaution awareness for risk.
