摘　　要：目的：探讨测定宫颈分泌物中，分泌型免疫球蛋白Ａ（ＳＩｇＡ）含量对慢性盆腔炎的诊断价值。方法：抽取宫颈管内粘液作ＳＩｇＡ定量测定，分别对９８例慢性盆腔炎、７６例治愈病例和４６０例正常妇女作测定。结果：盆腔炎组９８例病人测定结果ｘ＝１６６８ｍｇ／Ｌ，是正常妇女的１０倍。治愈组测定７６例，ｘ＝１１６７ｍｇ／Ｌ，属正常范围。正常妇女４６０例测定结果ｘ＝９８ｍｇ／Ｌ。结论：宫颈分泌物中ＳＩｇＡ的测定，可作为慢性盆腔炎病人检测的一项指标。Objective:To investigate the value of SIgA secreted by cervix in the diagnosis of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:SIgA assay was made in 98 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,in 76 cured cases and 460 normal women.Results:The level of SIgA in cervical secretion of 98 cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was(X=166 8mg/L)10 times higher than that of normal women(P<0 01).There was no significant difference in SIgA level between normal women(X=9 8mg/L)and the cured group(X=11 67mg/L,P>0 05).Conclusions:Quantitative test of SIgA in cervical secretion can be used for prediction of chronic pelvic cured inflammatory disease.
