摘　　要：利用中医常用的补血药物当归提取当归多糖，进而合成当归多糖铁。当归多糖铁作为一种新型补铁剂，与国外的补铁剂具有相似的物理、化学特性和药理作用，本文介绍了当归多糖铁的制备、含铁量的测定及当归多糖铁的一般特性。The synthesis of ferric polysaccharide of Radix Angelicae Sinensis has been carried outusing the polysaccharide of Radix Angelicae Sinensis from popular Chinese hematic tonic:Radix Angelicae Sinensis. As a novel ferric tonic,the ferric polysaccharide of Radix AngelicaeSinensis showed the similar physical and chemical characters and pharmacological actionswith foreign new ferric tonic. This article introduces the preparation of ferric polysaccharideof Radix Angelicae Sinensis, ferric content determination and general characters of ferricpolysaccharide of Radix Angelicae Sinensis.
