银杏酮酯抗心肌梗塞药效学研究

摘　　要：银杏酮酯30和100mg／kg口服能使冠状动脉结扎狗的心肌缺血程度显著下降，心肌缺血范围缩小，作用强度与剂量正相关，定量组织学检测结果与心外膜电图测定结果一致，随剂量增加梗塞范围显著减小；能使正常心肌组织耗氧量产生剂量相关的下降，提示其能通过降低耗氧量产生心肌保护作用。The experiment studies indicated that 30mg/kg and 100mg/kg of the extract of GinkgoBiloba (GBE50) (oral administration) could obviously decrease the myocardial ischemic degreeand diminish the myocardial ischemic range of dog whose arteria cornoary was ligated. GBE50showed a positive correlation between the action strength and dosage. Its determinatin resultof quantitative histology is accordant with the determination result of electroepicardiogram.The range of myocardial infarction could significantly diminish as its dose increases. GBE50could also make the consumed oxygen of normal cardiac muscle dose-correlatively decrease,which suggested that it have the protection actione on cardiac muscle through the decrease ofconsumed oxygen.
