黄连解毒胶囊提取工艺研究

摘　　要：采用正交设计法，对黄连解毒汤的水提工艺进行研究，认为采用黄连、黄柏共煎及黄芩栀子共煎的分煎法较好，并得出黄连、黄柏共煎的最佳条件为；加水量20倍，煎煮次数3次，煎煮时间90min；黄芩、栀子共煎的最佳条件为：加水量20倍，煎煮次数3次，煎煮时间150min。The study on the wate-extraction process for Huangliangjiedu Decotion has been carried out by the orthogonal test.As a result,it is result,it is the best to use the co-decoction methods of Rhizoma Coptidis with Cortex Phellodendri and Radix Scutellariae with Fructus Gardeniae,respectively.The selective conditions for the co-decoction of Rhizoma Coptidis with Cortex Phellodendri are:are adding 20 times of water,decocting for3 times and 90min,for the co-decoction of Radix Scutellariae with Fructus Gardeniae are:adding20 times of water,decocting for 3 times and 150min.
