摘 要:随着电信技术的发展,呼叫中心、物流信息系统、定位及调度中心、RFID、手持信息终端等信息技术在物流行业得到越来越广泛的应用,但仍存在应用系统分散、信息孤岛、投资成本过高、维护困难等问题。面对这种形势,本文在深入分析物流行业生产运营模式、信息化需求的基础上,结合国内各主要电信运营商的实践经验,探讨关于制定物流行业综合解决方案的思路与关键点,以期为运营商在物流行业的业务拓展提供参考。With the technical advances in telecommunication, modern informational technologies become increasingly popular in logistics industry. However, many problems remain, such as the decentralization of application systems ,the problem of information silo ,the high investment costs, and the difficulty to system maintenance. The present study attempts to address those issues by performing depth analysis of the production pattern and the needs of informationize in logistics industry. After providing a survey of the practices by the major carriers, we further discuss the key points in a comprehensive solution to overcome those difficulties and to develop practical approaches for the carriers who want to expand their business in logistics.
