摘 要:OSS/BSS是电信企业的关键应用系统,需要在长期的运行和维护中保持对业务的稳定支持。为了做到这一点,就必须保持系统架构的稳定性和业务处理的一致性。在技术和业务需求迅速发展和变化的今天,要做到这一点非常困难。本文提出的框架方法从业务需求、系统应用和信息的抽象描述出发,在系统的规划、开发和维护中逐步进行细化和形式化,得出所需的结果,从而保证系统架构的稳定性和业务处理的一致性。文中首先描述了框架方法的原理,然后介绍了这种方法在OSS/BSS中的应用及其优势,最后就其应用前景做了展望。As a key application system of telecommunication enterprises, OSS/BSS needs to support the business steadily in a long-term period. The system architecture must remain steady and accordantly in order to accomplish the business goal, which is quite difficult when both the technique and business requirements are changing so rapidly. The framework method raised in this article can guarantee the system architecture steadiness and business processing accordance by means of the abstract description of business requirements, application and information, becoming more specific and formalized in the process of planning, developing and maintaining, and getting the results need. First of all, this article introduces the concepts'of framework method, then recommend its applications and superiority in OSS/BSS systems, and gives its prospect of application finally.
