摘 要:以采用气相合成法的甲醇和电力串并联联产系统为研究对象,首先在系统设计工况模拟的基础上,对系统的甲醇合成循环倍率、蒸汽换热网络进行优化。以此经过优化的系统流程和工况为设计点,建立甲醇合成塔、燃气轮机、余热锅炉和蒸汽轮机的变工况模型;分析甲醇和电力负荷调节的方法;对工作条件和负荷的改变对单元特性的影响、负荷调节能力及其制约因素进行详细分析。The focus of this paper is determining variation potential of methanol production and power output of a methanol and power co-production system. This study is consisted of three stages. First, key operating parameters in the system: re-circulating ratio, distribution ratio, etc and heat exchanger network are optimized at a design point. Thus, an optimal system at a design point is obtained. Second, off-design models of units, e.g. synthesis process, power generation process and heat exchange process, and then the optimal system are set up. Besides, methodology for load adjustment is studied. Third, based on off-design models, performance of the units and system are investigated and analyzed. By doing so, the effect of operating condition on unit performance and load variation are disclosed. At the end, load variation potential can be determined.
