摘 要:利用电镜法。介电损耗法和微发光导法,对铋离子Bi^(5+)在卤化银乳剂微晶体中的掺杂效应,做了较深入的研究。试验结果表明:铋Bi^(5+)的掺杂使卤化银的颗粒变小,使介电损耗峰向高频方向移动。随着铋离子Bi^(5+)的掺杂量的增加,乳剂微晶体的光电导在极短的时间内急剧下降,而光电子的寿命不断增加。看来铋离子的掺杂提供了大量的浅电子陷阱,造成潜影中心分散度增加和活性降低,这是造成减感的主要原因。It was shown that bismuth ion doping has a great desensitizing effect on the photographic behavior of silver halide emulsion microcrystals. But so far the mechanism of its desensitizing effect has not been illustrated yet. An attempt was made to correlate the ionic conductivity, electronic conductivity of silver halide microcrystals and their photographic behavior. The-dielectric results suggest that the desensitizing effect of bismuth could be attributed to the fact that bismuth acts as a pretty sum of shallow electron traps, leading to the formation of highly dispersed latent image specks with lower catalytic activity.The present experimental results can be used to establish the Bi content allowed to contain in the main raw materials, e. g. silver nitrate and gelatin used in photographic industry and to strengthen HIRF in making some special films.
