摘 要:乙二醇是一种重要的液体化工产品,主要用于生成合成树脂、表面活性剂及炸药等。本文采用U型振动管密度计测定了常压下乙二醇在10-60℃的密度。通过线性回归,发现乙二醇在常压下的温度与密度具有良好的线性关系。根据乙二醇密度—温度线性回归方程计算得到的密度值与直接测定的密度值相差不超过0.0001g/cm^3,符合密度测量的精度要求。Monoethylene glycol (MEG) is an important raw material in industrial fields such as synthetic resins, surfactants and explosives. In this study, the density of MEG at normal pressure was measured in the temperature range from 10 ℃ to 60 ℃ using U - shaped vibrating tube densimeter. A good linear relationship was observed between density and temperature and a linear regression equation was obtained from experimental data. Compared the calculated density from the linear regression equation with the experimentally measured density of 20 MEG samples ( purity ≥ 99.9% ) at five different temperatures, it is observed that the difference is equal to or less than 0.0001 g/cm^3, indicating that the density of high purity MEG can be directly calculated according to the linear regression equation.
