摘　　要：新农村建设时期,多元化、多层次、广覆盖的农村金融机构体系是实现农村金融支持农村经济发展的基础。而农村金融机构的功能定位关系到农村金融机构的经营管理绩效水平,也影响农村金融支持农村经济发展的功能与效率。本文从影响农村金融机构绩效水平的因素入手,清晰农村金融机构的功能定位,以实现各类农村金融机构的有序竞争与协调发展。In the new rural reconstruction time, To establish of multi -level, diverse and wide coverage, and competitive structure of the rural financial service system is the foundation of backing of rural economic development.But the market and function positioning of the rural financial institutions relaxes their performance, impacts the realization of the function and efficiency of the financial backing of rural economic development. This article clarify the the market and function positioning of the rural financial institutions from the influencing factors of the performance of rural financial institutions, in order to achieve the orderly and coordinated development of competition of rural financial institutions.
