摘  要:针对文留增压机组集气管水套多次出现腐蚀穿孔,导致机组不能正常运转的难题进行分析,得出水套腐蚀主要特征为穴蚀,表现形式是局部的结垢和砂眼状点蚀,而其成因机制主要有电化学腐蚀、空泡腐蚀等。文章最后从冷却系统、防腐材料和维护保养方面给出了预防措施,对同类设备的防腐提供了经验借鉴。The causes of the malfunctioning of the compressor in Wenliu station were analyed that there were many perforations caused by corrosion of the water sleeve of the gas collector of the compressor and it' s corrosion features mainly were cavity-erosion which was partly fouling and abscess-shaped spot-erosion, it's mechanisms mainly included electrochemical corrosion and cavitation-corrosion, etc. Moreover, this paper showed some necessary precautions against corrosion which were drawed from the cooling system, anti-corrosion material and maintenance aspects, and provided anti-corrosion means to the analogous equipments.
